Shipping Policy

Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the United States only. We do not ship to Canada or other countries.

Where orders ship from
All orders ship from our warehouse in Medley, Florida.

Processing time
Orders ship within 1–3 business days after payment (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays). You will receive an email with tracking numbers as soon as your order ships. Roof kits ship as several boxes, so you may receive several tracking numbers, and boxes can arrive on different days.

Delivery time after shipping

• UPS Ground: 1–5 business days within the contiguous United States (about 1–2 days within Florida and the Southeast, 4–5 days to the West Coast).
• UPS 3 Day Select and UPS 2nd Day Air are available at checkout for faster delivery.
• Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other US territories: delivery takes longer. Available UPS services and delivery estimates are shown at checkout.

Most orders to the contiguous United States arrive within 2–8 business days of payment.

Shipping costs
Shipping is charged at UPS's own rates, calculated at checkout from your address and the weight of your order, plus a $10 handling fee per order. You see the exact amount before you pay.

For example, a 12 × 12 ft pyramid kit (about 206 lb) currently costs about $377 by UPS Ground to Florida or about $470 to California. UPS rates change, so the amount shown at checkout is the one that applies.

If an order is better suited to freight delivery, we will contact you before shipping.

Sales tax is calculated at checkout where applicable.

Return shipping
We do not pay for return shipping. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. See our Refund Policy for details.

Local pickup
Free pickup is available at our warehouse at 11420 NW 122nd St, Suite 700, Medley, FL. Choose "Pickup" at checkout. Orders are usually ready within 24 hours, and we will email you when yours is ready.

Order changes and cancellations
To change or cancel an order, email us as soon as possible. We can change or cancel an order at no cost until it ships. After it ships, our Refund Policy applies.

Damaged, missing or wrong items
Please check every box when it arrives. If a box is damaged or missing, or an item is wrong, email us at contact@ecothatch.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the boxes and their contents. We will ship replacements for damaged, missing or wrong items at no charge. If we ask you to send an item back, return shipping is paid by the customer. Claims made after 48 hours may not be accepted.
